TIK Properties LLC was founded in 2015 by Iza and Tomasz Korwel. They lived in a condo for 10 years but were ready for a bigger and better place. They bought their first dream house on a lake and when their real estate agent asked what they wanted to do with the condo, Tomasz and Iza wanted to keep it, and that’s when their property investment journey began.

Over the next year, they moved twice and kept their previous properties as rentals. They realized that this was a way to build wealth and started adding more rental properties to their portfolio. After eight years, they now self-manage a portfolio of 17 units, including single-family homes, apartments, townhouses, and a duplex.

They’ve been through it all…as long-time property owners they have handled everything themselves – from management to repairs and rentals. They’ve experienced leaking toilets, dishwashers breaking down on holidays, and everything in between. Initially, Tomasz did all the repairs and maintenance himself, and now they use a stable group of wonderful professionals to handle repairs. Now they’re ready to share their experience and expertise to help you do what they’ve done – successfully buy and profit from real estate investment.
